5 Memory boosting foods

You’re on your way to work, almost there, and WHAM! You just realize you forgot your cellphone at home. It’s on your desk, charging… much good will that do you now!

As we get older, our memory goes. Have you heard the joke about pregnant women or moms who tend to forget everything? Well, it’s not a joke, it really happens (in my experience). I used to think that my kids stole part of my brains, cause suddenly it wasn’t as easy to study and remember material.

Guess what? There is something we can do to slow down the forgetfulness-process and in a fun way too! Challenge yourself with brain-games, exercise (find something you really enjoy), get enough sleep (some people like that), but most fun of all? Eat some memory boosting foods!! Hah, did you know about those?

Here are five that you may already be eating without knowing the positive effects!
